Fix mixed content blocked when browsing the UI on HTTPS
...
When not setting an endpoint protocol scheme at login, "http" was
assumed. Changing this to the same protocol as current one, to avoid
mixed blocked content.
Also prevent multiple submissions of LoginForm.
